PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processing apparatus, an information processing program and an information processing method which can accurately reflect information on a request of access to data on an access state managed by a storage device.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises data holding means which holds first data read from a storage device, first detection means which detects a first access state being an access state to the first data, and transmission means which transmits to the storage device the first access state detected by the first detection means.
