Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength porous epoxy resin membrane.SOLUTION: A method of producing a porous epoxy resin membrane having a thickness of 5-50 μm is provided which includes a step of preparing an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin, a hardening agent, and a porogen, a step of molding the hardened body of the epoxy resin composition to a sheet-like shape, and a step of removing the porogen from the epoxy resin sheet using a solvent to make it porous. The hardening agent is an amine-based hardening agent. The epoxy resin composition is prepared in such a way that a ratio of a value (E) to a value (A) is less than 1.0, where the value (A) is obtained by dividing a mass of the hardening agent by an amine equivalent of the hardening agent, and the value (E) is obtained by dividing a mass of the epoxy resin by an epoxy equivalent of the epoxy resin. 【課題】強度の高いエポキシ樹脂多孔質膜を提供する。【解決手段】膜厚が5〜50μmの範囲にあるエポキシ樹脂多孔質膜の製造方法であって、エポキシ樹脂、硬化剤及びポロゲンを含むエポキシ樹脂組成物を調製する工程と、エポキシ樹脂組成物の硬化体をシート状に成形する工程と、エポキシ樹脂シートから溶剤を用いてポロゲンを除去して多孔化する多孔化工程と、具備し、硬化剤がアミン系硬化剤であり、硬化剤の質量を硬化剤のアミン当量で除した値(A)に対する、エポキシ樹脂の質量をエポキシ樹脂のエポキシ当量で除した値(E)の比が1.0未満となるように調製する、エポキシ樹脂多孔質膜の製造方法である。【選択図】図1
