Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for relatively determining a deterioration degree of a teat cup liner by easily measuring deterioration in the teat cup liner of a milking machine, especially, circumferential deformation of a trunk part (a bore part) with time without using a complicated device.SOLUTION: The method for determining deterioration in a teat cup liner includes: bringing a measuring tool 2 into contact with a nipple insertion port Mi of a teat cup liner M to pressurize a pulsation chamber P of a teat cup unit T up to a prescribed pressure Q; measuring a smashing volume V of the measuring tool 2 in a massage period of the teat cup liner M; and determining a deterioration degree of the teat cup liner M.
【課題】複雑な装置を使用せずに、搾乳機のティートカップライナーの劣化、特に胴部(ボア部)の周方向の経時的変形を簡単に測定し、ティートカップライナーの劣化度合いを相対的に判定できるようにする方法を提供する。【解決手段】ティートカップライナーMの乳頭挿入口に測定具2を当接させてティートカップユニットTの脈動室Pを所定の圧力Qに加圧して、前記ティートカップライナーMのマッサージ期状態における前記測定具2の潰れ容積Vを測定することにより前記ティートカップライナーMの劣化度合いを判定する。【選択図】図4 |
