PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home medical examination reservation system that can manage reservations in consideration of nest examination items and can manage reservation times accurately and efficiently.SOLUTION: A home medical examination reservation system of the present embodiment includes a patient data preservation unit that stores patient data which contains at least a patient ID, with which a patient can be identified uniquely, and an examination place in which home medical examination is conducted on the patient, a reservation data preservation unit that stores reservation times of home medical examinations, an occupied time calculation unit that calculate for an object-of-reservation patient an occupied time in consideration of a predictive examination time which is estimated based on an examination item, and a predictive movement time which is required to move between examination places, a reservation designation preservation unit that stores visit deadline information, which contains at least one of a regular exchange deadline, prescription deadline, and medical literature presentation deadline, for the object-of-reservation patient, and a reservable time period presentation unit that presents a reservable time period, which is discriminated based on either or both of the occupied time and visit deadline information, to the object-of-reservation patient. 【課題】次回診療項目を考慮した予約管理が可能で、しかも予約時間が正確かつ効率的な在宅診療予約システムを提供すること。【解決手段】本実施形態の在宅診療予約システムは、少なくとも患者を一意に識別する患者ＩＤ、および患者に対して在宅診療を施す診療場所を含む患者データを記憶する患者データ保存部と、患者に施した診療項目を記憶する診療記録保存部と、在宅診療の予約時間を記憶する予約データ保存部と、予約対象患者に対して、診療項目から見積もられる診療予測時間、および診療場所間を移動する移動予測時間を考慮した占有時間を算出する占有時間算出部と、前記予約対象患者に対する、少なくとも定期交換期限、処方期限、医用文書提出期限の一つを含む訪問期限情報を保存する予約設定保存部と、前記占有時間、訪問期限情報の何れかもしくは両方に基づいて判定される予約可能な時間枠を予約対象患者に対して提示する予約可能枠提示部と、を有する。【選択図】図１
