Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface control agent making it possible to produce a coating film that has high water repellency and is excellent in stain resistance and particularly wipe-off property for oil-based ink while maintaining transparency of a substrate, and an article using the surface control agent.SOLUTION: A surface control agent has a triazine skeleton, a (meth)acrylate group bonded to the triazine skeleton via urethane bonding, and a perfluoropolyether chain bonding to the triazine skeleton. 【課題】基材の透明性を維持しつつ、撥水性が高い上、耐汚染性、特に、油性インクの拭き取り性に優れた塗膜を製造することができる表面調整剤、並びに、該表面調整剤を用いた物品の提供。【解決手段】表面調整剤は、トリアジン骨格と、該トリアジン骨格にウレタン結合を介して結合された（メタ）アクリレート基と、前記トリアジン骨格に結合されたパーフルオロポリエーテル鎖とを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
