Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly method of a sheet member capable of highly accurately and easily locating a predetermined position of a base and highly accurately and easily fitting the sheet member having flexibility to the predetermined position.SOLUTION: An assembly method fitting a seal member 50 to a sheet fitting section 30A formed on an upstream flow passage member 30 being a base comprises the steps of: supporting the seal member 50 locating a position of a side in an X-axis and a Y-axis to a predetermined position in a first locating step by a suction jig 101; moving the suction jig 101 along a guide member 102 toward the sheet fitting section 30A while regulating a position of the suction jig 101 in an in-plane parallel to a surface of the sheet fitting section 30A in a state of supporting of the seal member 50; causing an end portion of a sheet fitting section 30A side of the guide member 102 to interfere with a wall portion 30B at an end edge of a movement step in association with movement of the guide member 102 and adjusting a relative positional relation of the seal member 50 with respect to the sheet fitting section 30A by interference; and fitting the seal member 50 to the sheet fitting section 30A by the suction jig 101 at a position located in a second locating step. 【課題】可撓性を有するシート部材を基台の所定位置に高精度かつ容易に位置決め装着し得るシート部材の組付け方法を提供する。【解決手段】シール部材５０を、基台である上流流路部材３０に形成されたシート装着部３０Ａに装着する組付け方法であって、第１の位置決め工程でＸ軸およびＹ軸に沿う辺の位置を所定位置に位置決めしたシール部材を吸着治具１０１で支持し、吸着治具を、シール部材を支持した状態でシート装着部の表面と平行な面内における吸着治具の位置を規制しつつ吸着治具をシート装着部に向けてガイド部材１０２に沿って移動させる、ガイド部材の移動に伴い、移動工程の終端で、ガイド部材のシート装着部側の端部を、壁部３０Ｂと干渉させて、シート装着部に対するシール部材の相対的な位置関係を、干渉により調整し、第２の位置決め工程で位置決めされた位置で、吸着治具によりシール部材をシート装着部に装着する。【選択図】図５
