Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor machine of an air conditioner capable of suppressing freezing of steam adhering to a fan or snow accretion and capable of suppressing stop or failure of the fan over a long term, under a cryogenic environment where ambient temperature is equal to or less than 0°C.SOLUTION: On the surface of a fan 22 of an outdoor machine 100, applied is a coating composition in which a hydrophobic fine particles and a flat fine particles having a card house-shaped coagulation structure are dispersed in a binder resin dissolved in a solvent. The outdoor machine includes a first heater provided below the fan 22 and on a bottom panel 50c.
