Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic brake control device which suppresses that an automatic brake of an own vehicle is not performed when the automatic brake of the own vehicle should be performed.SOLUTION: An automatic brake control device comprises: a communication section 11A which acquires a relative speed of an own vehicle and an obstacle, and a relative distance between the own vehicle and the obstacle; and a determination section 11B which determines that an automatic brake is executed by an electronic brake system ECU 31 when a collision-predicted time based on the relative speed acquired by the communication section 11A and the relative distance acquired by an acquisition section is shorter than a threshold. The communication part 11A acquires data related to an operation of an off-switch 21B which invalidates the determination of the execution of the automatic brake by the determination section 11B during a this-time operation and a succeeding operation by a driver. The automatic brake control device further comprises a release section 11C which, when the off-switch 21B is operated during the automatic brake, and the determination of the determination section 11B is invalidated, releases the invalidation after the finish of the automatic brake in place of the succeeding operation by the driver. 【課題】自車両の自動制動が行われるべきときに、自車両の自動制動が行われないことを抑える自動制動制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】自車両と障害物との相対速度、および、自車両と障害物との相対距離を取得する通信部11Aと、通信部11Aの取得した相対速度と取得部の取得した相対距離とに基づく衝突予測時間が閾値よりも小さいときに電子ブレーキシステムECU31による自動制動の実施と判断する判断部11Bとを備える。通信部11Aは、運転者による今回の操作から次回の操作までの間は判断部11Bの自動制動の実施の判断を無効化するオフスイッチ21Bの操作に関するデータを取得し、自動制動中においてオフスイッチ21Bが操作されて判断部11Bの判断が無効化されたとき、運転者による次回の操作に代わり、自動制動が終了した後に無効化を解除する解除部11Cをさらに備える。【選択図】図1
