PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for a vehicle capable of reducing slide resistance between a cable and an outer case, and capable of suppressing increase in the number of components.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device for a vehicle for opening/closing an opening/closing body of the vehicle includes: a drum 32 around which a first cable 18 and a second cable 19 are wound; a first outer case 36 for supporting the first cable 18; a second outer case 37 for supporting the second cable 19; a tension roller 45 in which the first cable 18 is hooked; and a tension roller 53 in which the second cable 19 is hooked. The first cable 18 and the second cable 19 cross with each other at crossing points E1, E2, the first cable 18 is arranged along a first straight line across the tension roller 45 from the first outer case 36, and the second cable 19 is arranged along a second straight line across the tension roller 53 from the second outer case 37. 【課題】ケーブルとアウタケースとの摺動抵抗を低減でき、かつ、部品点数が増加することを抑制できる、車両用開閉装置を提供する。【解決手段】車体の開閉体を開閉する車両用開閉装置であって、第１ケーブル１８及び第２ケーブル１９が巻かれたドラム３２と、第１ケーブル１８を支持する第１アウタケース３６と、第２ケーブル１９を支持する第２アウタケース３７と、第１ケーブル１８を掛けたテンションローラ４５と、第２ケーブル１９を掛けたテンションローラ５３とを有し、第１ケーブル１８と第２ケーブル１９とが、交差点Ｅ１，Ｅ２で交差し、第１ケーブル１８が第１アウタケース３６からテンションローラ４５に亘り第１直線に沿って配置され、第２ケーブル１９が第２アウタケース３７からテンションローラ５３に亘り第２直線に沿って配置されている。【選択図】図３
