Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack mold injection molding device, capable of reducing the travel of a movable platen.SOLUTION: A second movable platen 18 is disposed on the opposite side of a first movable platen 16 relative to a fixed platen 14 in a mold opening/closing direction DRoc, so that the fixed platen 14 is disposed between the first movable platen 16 and the second movable platen 18. Consequently, the travel of the first movable platen 16 relative to the fixed platen 14 becomes equal to the opening amount of a first movable mold 402 relative to a first fixed mold 401, and the travel of the second movable platen 18 relative to the fixed platen 14 becomes equal to the opening amount of a second movable mold 422 relative to a second fixed mold 421. Accordingly, any of the travels of the first movable platen 16 and the second movable platen 18 is not required to be increased beyond each of the opening amount of the molds 40 and 42, so that the travels of the movable platens 16 and 18 can be reduced. 【課題】スタックモールド射出成形装置であって、可動プラテンの移動量を小さくすることができる射出成形装置を提供する。【解決手段】第2可動プラテン18は、型開閉方向DRocにおいて固定プラテン14に対し第1可動プラテン16側とは反対側に配置されているので、第1可動プラテン16と第2可動プラテン18との間に固定プラテン14が配置されている。そのため、固定プラテン14に対する第1可動プラテン16の移動量が、第1の固定金型401に対する第1の可動金型402の開き量になり、それと共に、固定プラテン14に対する第2可動プラテン18の移動量が、第2の固定金型421に対する第2の可動金型422の開き量になる。従って、第1可動プラテン16および第2可動プラテン18の何れの移動量も、個々の成形金型40、42の開き量を超えて大きくする必要がなく、その可動プラテン16、18の移動量を小さくできる。【選択図】図1
