Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide controlled release nanoparticulate compositions comprising a nanoparticulate agent to be administered and a rate-controlling polymer which functions to prolong the release of the agent following administration.SOLUTION: A controlled release nanoparticulate composition comprises (a) a poorly soluble agent to be administered having an effective average particle size of less than about 1000 nm; (b) at least one surface stabilizer associated with the surface of the agent, and (c) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable rate-controlling polymer. The composition provides controlled release of the agent for a time period ranging from about 2 to about 24 hours or longer. 【課題】投与されるべきナノ粒子状作用薬と投与後その作用薬の放出を延長するように働く速度制御性ポリマーを含む徐放性ナノ粒子組成物の提供。【解決手段】本発明に係る組成物は、(a)有効平均粒径が約1000nm未満の投与することができる溶解しにくい作用薬、(b)上記作用薬の表面と会合している少なくとも1種類の表面安定剤、および(c)医薬として許容される少なくとも1種類の速度制御ポリマー、を含む徐放性のナノ粒子組成物であって、前記組成物が約2から約24時間またはそれ以上の範囲の期間、上記作用薬の制御された放出を提供する。【選択図】なし
