Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a touch panel with a pressure sensitive function that can maintain the excellent pressure sensitive function over a long period of time.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a touch panel 5, and the touch panel 5 comprises: a plurality of first electrodes 14 that is rowed in an X-axis direction; a plurality of second electrodes 24 that is rowed in a Y-axis direction; and a composition that includes a plurality of conductivity particles 33 different in particle diameters distributed in a binder 32. The touch panel includes: a pressure sensitive layer 30 that covers the first electrode 14; and a protection layer 40 that has a thickness smaller than an average particle-to-particle distance expressing an average value of spaced distances between mutually adjacent conductivity particles 33, and is provided between the pressure sensitive layer 30 and the second electrode 24. 【課題】長期に亘って良好な感圧機能を維持することができる感圧機能付きタッチパネルを実現する。【解決手段】本発明はタッチパネル5に関する。タッチパネル5は、X軸方向に並ぶ複数の第一電極14と、Y軸方向に並ぶ複数の第二電極24と、バインダ32中に分散された粒径の異なる複数の導電性粒子33を含む組成物からなり、第一電極14を覆う感圧層30と、互いに隣接する導電性粒子33間の離間距離の平均値を表す平均粒子間距離よりも小さい厚みを有し、感圧層30と第二電極24との間に設けられた保護層40と、を備える。【選択図】図5
