PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dyeing or bleaching composition with foam of good quality and reduced bad odor.SOLUTION: The invention provides a composition containing (a) at least one kind of first alkali agents selected from amino acid salts, (b) at least one kind of second alkali agents different from (a) the first alkali agents, (c) 20 mass% or more of at least one kind of fatty material to the total amount of the composition, and (d) at least one kind of surfactants. The composition has satisfactory bleaching or dyeing ability of keratin fibers, such as hair, with satisfactory foamability. 【課題】良好な品質の泡沫を有し、悪臭が低減された染色又は脱色組成物の提供。【解決手段】(a)アミノ酸塩から選択される少なくとも1種の第1のアルカリ剤、(b)(a)第1のアルカリ剤とは異なる少なくとも1種の第2のアルカリ剤、(c)組成物の総量に対して20質量%以上の量の、少なくとも1種の脂肪質、及び(d)少なくとも1種の界面活性剤、を含む組成物。該組成物は、良好な起泡性とともに、毛髪等のケラチン繊維の良好な脱色又は染色能力を有する。【選択図】なし
