PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin patch sheet capable of: effectively suppressing gel or water from exuding out from a water-containing gel layer in manufacturing and storage; and effectively transferring water content between the layers inside the sheet when used.SOLUTION: A skin patch sheet is formed by laminating a fiber layer (A) and a water-containing polymer gel layer (B), the fiber layer (A) including a fiber layer (A-1) containing 5 mass% or more and 45 mass% or less of water-absorbing fiber and a fiber layer (A-2) containing a larger amount of water-absorbing fiber than in the fiber layer (A-1). Further, the fiber layer (A-1) and the water-containing polymer gel layer (B) are disposed adjacent to each other. 【課題】製造時や保存時においては、含水ゲル層からのゲルや水分の浸み出しを有効に抑制しつつ、使用時においては、シート内の層間で水分を効果的に移行させることのできる皮膚貼付用シートに関する。【解決手段】吸水性繊維を５質量％以上４５質量％以下含有する繊維層（Ａ−１）、及び繊維層（Ａ−１）中における吸水性繊維の含有量よりも多く吸水性繊維を含有する繊維層（Ａ−２）を備える繊維層（Ａ）と含水高分子ゲル層（Ｂ）が積層されてなり、かつ繊維層（Ａ−１）と含水高分子ゲル層（Ｂ）とが隣接してなる皮膚貼付用シート。【選択図】なし
