Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize influences of a scattering layer on layers to be formed thereon by improving flatness of the scattering layer itself, to prevent generation of dark spots or short circuits, and to extend a service life of an organic EL device.SOLUTION: A resin composition for a light-scattering layer is provided, which comprises light-scattering particles (E) having an average primary particle diameter of 200 to 800 nm, inorganic oxide fine particles (F) having a minor axial diameter of 5 to 60 nm in primary particles, and a polyester dispersant (D).
【課題】本発明では、散乱層自身の平坦性を改善することで、散乱層上に形成される各層への影響を最小限に抑え、ダークスポットや短絡の発生をなくし、有機EL装置の寿命を長くすることを目的とする。【解決手段】平均一次粒子径が200〜800nmである光散乱粒子(E)と、一次粒子の短軸径が5〜60nmである無機酸化物微粒子(F)と、ポリエステル分散剤(D)とを含むことを特徴とする光散乱層用樹脂組成物により解決される。【選択図】図1 |
