Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger in which deformation of a tube in a manufacturing process can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A first heat transfer tube 41 is composed of a metallic material having hardness higher than that of aluminum, and has a flat cross-sectional shape in which a plurality of passages are formed for flowing a first fluid. A second heat transfer tube 40 is composed of a material including copper as its main component, and has a flat cross-sectional shape in which a single passage is formed for flowing a second fluid. A heat exchanger 4 includes a spiral laminate 42 formed by holding the second heat transfer tube 40 between the flat portions 411 of the first heat transfer tube 41 and spirally winding and laminating them as a whole. The spiral laminate 42 is integrally formed by soldering contact parts of the first heat transfer tube 41 and the second heat transfer tube 40.
