Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a hot stamp molding that can improve adhesion of a coating film by efficiently removing an oxide film.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a hot stamp molding that includes at least a molding process of heating a galvanized steel plate 1 having a galvanized layer 12 formed and molding the heated galvanized steel plate 1 by hot stamping, and a coating processing process of performing coating process on the galvanized steel plate 1 molded by the hot stamping. Before the coating processing on the galvanized steel plate 1, an oxide film 13 formed on a surface of the galvanized layer 12 in the molding process is removed by irradiation with laser light.
【課題】酸化皮膜を効率的に除去することにより、塗膜の密着性を向上することができるホットスタンプ成形品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】亜鉛メッキ層12が形成された亜鉛メッキ鋼板1を加熱し、加熱された亜鉛メッキ鋼板1をホットスタンプにより成形する成形工程と、ホットスタンプにより成形された亜鉛メッキ鋼板1に塗装処理を行う塗装処理工程と、を少なくとも備えたホットスタンプ成形品の製造方法であって、亜鉛メッキ鋼板1に塗装処理を行う前に、成形工程の際に前記亜鉛メッキ層12の表面に形成された酸化皮膜13にレーザーを照射することにより、前記酸化皮膜を除去する。【選択図】図2 |
