Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of determining abnormality of a transporting tube in a fluid transporting device.SOLUTION: A fluid transporting device comprises: an insulative transporting tube 31 constituting a part of a flow passage through which conductive fluid A is transported; a first electrode 36 provided on the transporting tube 31 and not brought into contact with the fluid A inside the flow passage; a second electrode 26 brought into contact with the fluid A inside the flow passage; a potential measuring section 512 measuring a potential between the first electrode 36 and the second electrode 26; and a determining section 52 determining abnormality of the transporting tube 31 on the basis of the potential measured by the potential measuring section 512. 【課題】流体輸送装置において輸送管の異常を判定する方法を提供する。【解決手段】導電性の流体Aが輸送される流路の一部を構成する絶縁性の輸送管31と、前記輸送管に設けられ、前記流路内の前記流体に接触しない第1の電極36と、前記流路内の流体に接触する第2の電極26と、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間の電位を計測する電位計測部512と、前記電位計測部で計測された前記電位に基づき、前記輸送管の異常を判定する判定部52と、を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
