Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength variable light source capable of individually adjusting light power of two outputs and being small size.SOLUTION: The wavelength variable light source of the invention comprises: a wavelength variable light source part for outputting laser beam; an optic amplifier for amplifying the laser beam outputted from the wavelength variable light source part; and a branch part for branching into two branches the laser beam outputted after being amplified by the optic amplifier. The branch part is a Mach-Zehnder interferometer or a directional coupler, and to the branch part, an electrode for adjusting a branch ratio of the laser beam at the branch part is coupled.
【課題】本発明は、小型かつ2出力の光パワーを個別に調整可能な波長可変光源を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る波長可変光源は、レーザ光を出力する波長可変光源部と、前記波長可変光源部から出力されるレーザ光を増幅する光増幅部と、前記光増幅部で増幅されて出力されたレーザ光を2分岐する分岐部とを備え、前記分岐部は、マッハツェンダ干渉計又は方向性結合器であり、前記分岐部には、前記分岐部における光の分岐比を調整するための電極が接続されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図6 |
