Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having a photoreceptor including fluororesin particles, configured to prevent crack of a cleaning blade as well as filming of the photoreceptor or an image defect.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes toner containing an external additive, a photoreceptor having a surface layer including fluororesin particles, and a cleaning blade for cleaning a surface of the photoreceptor. A primary particle diameter of the fluororesin particle is 2.6-7.5 times the primary particle diameter of the external additive. 【課題】 フッ素系樹脂粒子を含む感光体を備えた画像形成装置において、クリーニングブレードの欠損を防止し、感光体のフィルミングや画像欠陥を防止する。【解決手段】 外添剤を含むトナーと、フッ素系樹脂粒子を表面層に含む感光体と、感光体の表面を清掃するクリーニングブレードとを備えた画像形成装置であって、フッ素系樹脂粒子の一次粒子径は、外添剤の一次粒子径の２．６〜７．５倍であることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
