Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time for burning a jet fuel entering a cask storage building owing to collision of an aircraft against the cask storage building.SOLUTION: A jet fuel discharge mechanism 30a is provided in a cask storage building 11 that stores casks 10, and that includes a first air supply port 22a and a second air supply port 22b for introducing ambient air AR into a space SP in which the casks 10 are stored, and a first exhaust port 26a and a second exhaust port 26b for discharging the ambient air AR from the space SP. The jet fuel discharge mechanism 30a includes: liquid collection sections 32g, 32e, 32f provided on at least either a floor 12 in part of areas of which the casks 10 are mounted or a radiation shield 27 provided upward U of the floor 12, and collecting a jet fuel entering an interior of the cask storage building 11; a tank 50 accumulating the collected jet fuel; and a pipe 36 connecting the liquid collection sections 32g, 32e, and 32f to the tank 50. 【課題】キャスク貯蔵建屋への航空機衝突によってキャスク貯蔵建屋内へ浸入したジェット燃料が燃焼する時間を短縮すること。【解決手段】ジェット燃料排出構造30aは、キャスク10を貯蔵し、かつキャスク10が貯蔵される空間SPに外気ARを導入する第1給気口22a及び第2給気口22b並びに空間SPから外気ARを排出する第1排気口26a及び第2排気口26bを有するキャスク貯蔵建屋11に設けられる構造であり、一部の領域にキャスクが載置される床12及び床12の上方Uに設けられた放射線遮蔽体27の少なくとも一方に設けられて、キャスク貯蔵建屋11の内部に浸入したジェット燃料を集める集液部32g、32e及び32fと、集められたジェット燃料を溜めるタンク50と、集液部32g、32e及び32fとタンク50とを接続する配管36と、を含む。【選択図】図4
