Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film that has a suppressed warpage and has a substrate of a glass film having thickness of 200 μm or less.SOLUTION: An optical film 1 includes a translucent glass film 11 and a first and second inorganic films 12 and 13 of an optical function. The glass film 11 has thickness of 200 μm or less. The first inorganic film 12 of the optical function is formed on a surface 11a of one side of the glass film 11. The second inorganic film 13 of the optical function is formed on a surface 11b of the other side of the glass film 11.
