PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid occurrence of mismatch in the DRX state of a mobile station UE between a wireless base station eNB and the mobile station UE, even when the (Dedicated preamble) is detected erroneously in the wireless base station eNB, when the (DL data resuming)is performed.SOLUTION: In a wireless base station eNB, when DRX control is applied to a mobile station UE, a transmission unit 12 transmits the "SyncRequest" to the mobile station UE, in the "On duration" of the mobile station UE. When synchronization establishment is not successful in the uplink by the "SyncRequest", the transmission unit 12 re-transmits the "SyncRequest" a predetermined number of times, and when synchronization establishment is not successful in the uplink by the "SyncRequest" of a predetermined number of times, the transmission unit 12 re-transmits the "SyncRequest" in the "On duration" of the next mobile station UE. 【課題】「ＤＬ ｄａｔａ ｒｅｓｕｍｉｎｇ」が行われる場合において、無線基地局ｅＮＢにおいて「Ｄｅｄｉｃａｔｅｄ ｐｒｅａｍｂｌｅ」が誤検出された場合であっても、無線基地局ｅＮＢと移動局ＵＥとの間における移動局ＵＥのＤＲＸ状態の不一致の発生を回避する。【解決手段】本発明に係る無線基地局ｅＮＢにおいて、送信部１２は、移動局ＵＥに対してＤＲＸ制御が適用されている場合、移動局ＵＥの「Ｏｎ ｄｕｒａｔｉｏｎ」において、移動局ＵＥに対して「ＳｙｎｃＲｅｑｕｅｓｔ」を送信し、送信部１２は、「ＳｙｎｃＲｅｑｕｅｓｔ」による上りリンクにおける同期確立に成功しなかった場合、所定回数の「ＳｙｎｃＲｅｑｕｅｓｔ」を再送し、送信部１２は、所定回数の「ＳｙｎｃＲｅｑｕｅｓｔ」による上りリンクにおける同期確立に成功しなかった場合、次の移動局ＵＥの「Ｏｎ ｄｕｒａｔｉｏｎ」において「ＳｙｎｃＲｅｑｕｅｓｔ」を再送する。【選択図】図３
