Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust bearing capable of stably forming an oil film on a sliding portion.SOLUTION: A resin thrust bearing 100 is disposed between an end face of a rotating shaft and a non-rotating member disposed in opposition to the end face of the rotating shaft, fixed to the end face of the rotating shaft, slidable to the non-rotating member, and used in a state that a lubricant is supplied from a passage formed on the non-rotating member to the neighborhood of the center of rotation. The thrust bearing is composed of a plate member thicker along an outer peripheral edge in comparison with the center, and including an annular portion 120 as a sliding portion with the non-rotating member. A groove 130 for discharging the lubricant from a radial inner side toward an outer side of the annular portion 120, is formed on a contact face side with the non-rotating member, of the annular portion 120. 【課題】摺動部に安定的に油膜を形成可能とするスラスト軸受を提供する。【解決手段】回転軸の端面と、該回転軸の端面に対向して設けられる非回転部材との間に配置され、かつ前記回転軸の端面に対しては固定され、前記非回転部材に対して摺動自在に設けられると共に、前記非回転部材に形成されている通路から回転中心付近に潤滑油が供給される状態で用いられる樹脂製のスラスト軸受100であって、外周縁に沿って、中央に比べて肉厚が厚く、前記非回転部材との摺動部となる環状部120を備える板状部材により構成されると共に、環状部120における前記非回転部材との接触面側に、環状部120の径方向内側から外側に潤滑油を排出させる溝130が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
