Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize running costs of the whole of the treatment apparatus, including water content reduction and heat operation units, without measurement of energy-related values for organic waste to be incinerated.SOLUTION: A method of treating organic waste comprises measuring an energy consumption for each of a plurality of used energy elements related to water content reduction and heat operation treatments of organic waste, a consumption of a dehydration aid in water content reduction of organic waste and a consumption of an alkali agent in a purification treatment of exhaust gas discharged from a treatment apparatus for organic waste, multiplying individual measurements by weighting factors for conversion to running costs, calculating the total running cost by adding the individual multiplied costs and minimizing the total running cost on the basis of a reference relationship between the organic waste energy and the total running cost and newest estimates of the organic waste energy estimated by organic waste energy estimation means.
【課題】焼却される有機性廃棄物のエネルギー関連値を計測することなく、処理装置における低含水化・熱操作設備全体のランニングコストを最小にする【解決手段】有機性廃棄物の低含水化・熱操作処理に関する複数の使用エネルギー要素ごとにエネルギー使用量の測定を行うとともに、有機性廃棄物の低含水化における脱水助剤の消費量、及び有機性廃棄物の処理装置から排出される排ガスの浄化処理におけるアルカリ剤の消費量を測定し、それぞれの測定値にランニングコストに変換する重み係数を乗算し、各乗算したコストの合算を行って全ランニングコストを算出する全ランニングコスト算定し、有機性廃棄物エネルギーと全ランニングコストとの基準関係と前記有機性廃棄物エネルギー推定手段により推定された有機性廃棄物エネルギーの最新の推定値とに基づいて、全ランニングコストを最小にする【選択図】図2B |
