Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine generator system having a channel structure easy to ensure a cooling wind flow rate by a natural wind so as to materialize an effective cooling in a nacelle part.SOLUTION: The wind turbine generator system comprises: blades 1 rotating by receiving wind; a generator 5 driven by the rotation of the blades; a nacelle 6 for supporting the blades; and a tower 7 for supporting the nacelle rotatably, and receives wind from the side of the nacelle, opposite from the side on which the blades are disposed. In the wind turbine generator system, a radiator 13 is disposed on the external upstream side of the nacelle for radiating the heat in the nacelle through a coolant, the radiator is disposed to have a suction surface directed in the windward direction, and a passage for guiding the wind having passed through the radiator is formed in the wake flow of the radiator.
