Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an oscillation when a gear is manufactured by a skiving process thereby improving a process tolerance.SOLUTION: A gear manufacturing device includes: a control unit D by which a work-piece 1 rotating around a work-piece axis T and a cutter 10 rotating around a cutter axis S are disposed in a positional relationship such that respective axes are inconsistent, and the cutter 10 is relatively moved in an axis direction of the work-piece 1 while the work-piece 1 and the cutter 10 being synchronously rotated so as to perform cutting; and a correction control part 36 which performs a position correction for correcting a cutting depth or a phase correction for correcting an ununiform cutting of a pair of gears formed on the work-piece 1 when an amplitude value of a vibration detected by a vibration sensor 15 in the cutting process reaches a set value or more. 【課題】スカイビング加工により歯車を製造する場合に振動を抑制して加工精度を向上させる。【解決手段】ワーク軸芯Tを中心に回転するワーク1と、カッター軸芯Sを中心に回転するカッター10とを、夫々の軸芯が食い違い軸芯となる位置関係で配置し、ワーク1とカッター10とを同期回転しつつ、ワーク1の軸芯方向にカッター10を相対移動させて切削を行う制御ユニットDを備え、切削工程において振動センサ15で検知される振動の振幅値が設定値以上に達した場合に、切削深さを補正する位置補正、又は、ワーク1に形成される一対の歯面の不均一な切削を補正する方向への位相補正を行う補正制御部36を備えた。【選択図】図1
