Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens and a solid-state imaging device capable of acquiring both a high accuracy range image and a good visible image.SOLUTION: An imaging lens according to an embodiment includes: a first optical system; and a microlens array. The microlens array is provided between the first optical system and an imaging element including a plurality of pixels. The microlens array includes a plurality of microlens units. One microlens unit overlaps two or more pixels in a view in an optical axis direction. The first optical system includes, in order from an object side to an image side: a diaphragm; a first lens; a second lens; and a third lens. The first lens has positive refractive power, the second lens has negative refractive power, and the third lens has positive refractive power. A curvature radius of a first surface is positive. Curvature radii of third and fourth surfaces are negative. Curvature radii of fifth and sixth surfaces are positive. At least one of the first to sixth surfaces has an aspherical shape. 【課題】高精度な距離画像と、良好な可視画像との両方を取得することができる撮像レンズ及び固体撮像装置を提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る撮像レンズは、第1の光学系と、マイクロレンズアレイと、を含む。マイクロレンズアレイは、第1の光学系と、複数の画素を有する撮像素子との間に設けられる。マイクロレンズアレイは、複数のマイクロレンズ部を有する。1つのマイクロレンズ部は、光軸方向にみて2つ以上の画素と重なる。第1の光学系は、物体側から像側に向かって順に、絞りと、第1レンズと、第2レンズと、第3レンズと、を有する。第1レンズは正の屈折力を有し、第2レンズは負の屈折力を有し、第3レンズは正の屈折力を有する。第1面の曲率半径は正である。第3面及び第4面の曲率半径は負である。第5面及び第6面の曲率半径は正である。第1面から第6面のうち少なくとも1つは非球面形状を有する。【選択図】図1
