Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a base tread, which can improve fuel efficiency and fracture strength in a well-balanced manner, and a pneumatic tire using the composition.SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire has a base tread composed of the following rubber composition. The rubber composition comprises a rubber component, silica, and a specific silane coupling agent, in which the content of a conjugated diene polymer obtained by allowing an alkoxysilane compound to react with one end of a copolymer having a specific monomer unit is 5 mass% or more in 100 mass% of the rubber component; and the content of the silica is 5 to 150 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.
【課題】 低燃費性及び耐破壊強度をバランス良く改善できるベーストレッド用ゴム組成物、及びこれを用いた空気入りタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】 ゴム成分と、シリカと、特定のシランカップリング剤とを含有し、前記ゴム成分100質量%中、特定の単量体単位を有する共重合体の一端に、アルコキシシラン化合物を反応させて得られる共役ジエン系重合体の含有量が5質量%以上であり、前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して、前記シリカの含有量が5〜150質量部であるゴム組成物で構成されるベーストレッドを備える空気入りタイヤに関する。【選択図】なし |
