Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound marker particle having a high coupling efficiency to a target substance.SOLUTION: A compound marker particle includes a connection substance and a binding substance in this order on a surface of the particle. The binding substance has a reactive site exhibiting a binding property to a target substance. The reactive site of the binding substance extends in a direction radiately parting from the particle. The compound marker particle has a structure in which the connection substance and the binding substance are connected in a connection part on the binding substance.
【課題】標的物質に対する高い結合効率を有する複合標識粒子を提供する。【解決手段】粒子の表面に連結物質と結合性物質とをその順で有し、当該結合性物質は標的物質に対する結合性を示す反応部位を有する複合標識粒子であって、前記結合性物質の反応部位が粒子から放射状に離れる方向に延びて配向してなり、前記連結物質と結合性物質とが当該結合性物質側の連結部位で連結された構造を有する複合標識粒子。【選択図】図1 |
