Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dipole antenna system capable of widening bandwidth and reducing a deviation of a radiation pattern on a horizontal plane in a high frequency band, and to provide a method for arranging the dipole antenna system.SOLUTION: A dipole antenna system 1 includes: a power feeding part 2; a first conductor 10 forming a shape including a first large conductor part 11 whose height I1 is high and a first small conductor part 12 whose height I2 is low by forming a notch part 10B on a corner part of the long base B1C1 side of a trapezoid and arranged so that a short base A1D1 is turned to the power feeding part 2 side; and a second conductor 20 forming a shape including a second large conductor part 21 whose height J1 is high and a second small conductor part 22 whose height J2 is low by forming a notch part 20B on a corner of the long base B2C2 side of a trapezoid and arranged so that a short base A2D2 is turned to the power feeding part 2 side on the opposite side to the first conductor 10 through the power feeding part 2: where the first small conductor part 12 and the second small conductor part 22 are respectively formed as the same trapezoidal shape.
