Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami evacuation structure capable of reducing human suffering caused by tsunami.SOLUTION: A tsunami evacuation structure includes: a foundation part 2 arranged lateral to an existing building 10; and a plurality of vertical frames 3 connected with the existing building 10 and erected on the foundation part 2 so as to face the existing building 10. In the vertical frames 3, a first evacuation space 32 is provided in the upper part thereof and a stairway 31 connected from the ground to the first evacuation space 32 is installed. Horizontal frames 4 respectively connected with the plurality of vertical frames 3 are provided above the existing building 10, and a second evacuation space 41 communicating with the first evacuation space 32 is provided in the horizontal frames 4. 【課題】津波による人的被害を低減させることができる津波避難構造を提供する。【解決手段】既存建築物10の側方に設けられた基礎部2と、既存建築物10と連結し既存建築物10と対向するように基礎部2に立設された複数の鉛直架構3と、を備え、鉛直架構3には、上部に第1避難スペース32が設けられているとともに地上から第1避難スペース32につながる階段31が設けられている。既存建築物10の上方には、複数の鉛直架構3とそれぞれ連結された水平架構4が設けられていて、水平架構4には、第1避難スペース32と往来可能な第2避難スペース41が設けられている。【選択図】図1
