Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head treatment method etc., that suppresses noise, vibration, dust, etc., and is high in operability.SOLUTION: Pressure is applied vertically by inserting a hydraulic crusher 20 into a lateral rock breaking hole 11 formed in a boundary surface 17 between reinforcement concrete 5 and structure concrete 7 so as to vertically part the reinforcement concrete 5 and structure concrete 7. Then pressure is applied inward and outward by inserting the hydraulic crusher 20 into a vertical rock breaking hole 13 formed in the reinforcement concrete 5 so as to part and remove cover concrete at a part outside a main reinforcement 9. Furthermore, the hydraulic crusher is inserted into vertical rock breaking holes 15a, 15b formed in the reinforcement concrete 5 so as to part concrete inside the main reinforcement into a concrete piece 21 as mentioned above. Then two lifting tools 23 are inserted into vertical rock breaking holes 15a, 15b respectively to lift the concrete piece 21 therebetween from the sides, and an upper end part thereof is gripped and removed by a nibbler etc., fitted to a small-size heavy machine.
【課題】騒音や振動、粉塵などを抑え、作業性も高い杭頭処理方法等を提供する。【解決手段】余盛コンクリート5と構造体コンクリート7との境界面17に形成した横方向の割岩用孔11に油圧破砕機20を挿入して上下に圧力を加え、余盛コンクリート5と構造体コンクリート7を上下に分断する。その後、余盛コンクリート5に形成した上下方向の割岩用孔13に油圧破砕機を挿入し内外に圧力を加え、主筋9より外側の部分のかぶりコンクリートを分断し取り除く。さらに、余盛コンクリート5に形成した上下方向の割岩用孔15a、15bに油圧破砕機を挿入し上記と同様にして主筋9の内側のコンクリートをコンクリート片21へと分断する。次に、2つの揚重治具23をそれぞれ上下方向の割岩用孔15a、15aに挿入し、その間にあるコンクリート片21を側方から把持して持ち上げ、上端部を小型重機に取り付けたニブラなどで掴んで除去する。【選択図】図10 |
