Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone to be constituted with a small number of components and to be used for the reduction of air-blowing sound.SOLUTION: A microphone includes: a microphone body where a sound hole is formed in the upper surface and electrodes are included; a microphone cap body formed to cover the side surfaces of the microphone body and including an opening in the upper surface; conductive piezoelectric film fixing parts formed at the opening ends of the microphone cap body; a piezoelectric film having film electrodes conductively connected to the piezoelectric film fixing parts, and covering the opening; metallic terminals extended from the piezoelectric film fixing parts; and a subtraction circuit for performing predetermined subtraction processing on the basis of electric signals from the electrodes and the metallic terminals.
【課題】少ない部品点数で構成でき、風切り音の低減に用いることができるマイクロフォンを提供する。【解決手段】上面に音孔が形成され、電極を含むマイクロフォン本体と、マイクロフォン本体の側面を覆うように形成され、上面に開口部を含むマイクロフォン用キャップ本体と、マイクロフォン用キャップ本体の開口端に形成された導体の圧電性フィルム固定部と、フィルム電極を備え、フィルム電極が圧電性フィルム固定部と導電接続され、開口部を被覆する圧電性フィルムと、圧電性フィルム固定部から延伸された金属端子と、電極および金属端子からの電気信号に基づいて所定の減算処理を実行する減算回路を含む。【選択図】図1 |
