Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate without generating air bubbles caused by an isocyanate-based adhesive when two gas barrier films are laminated by an isocyanate-based adhesive.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate in which one of the two gas barrier films is used as a first gas barrier film 20 and the other is used as a gas barrier film 30, the first gas barrier film uses a polytetraphthalate film as a deposition substrate 21, an inorganic thin film 22 is formed on the deposition substrate and the deposition substrate is disposed so as to contact with the isocyanate-based adhesive ad2. A carbon dioxide gas generated by the curing reaction of the isocyanate-based adhesive is absorbed by a polytetraphthalate film or transmitted to be emitted to the outside. 【課題】二枚のガスバリア性フィルムをイソシアネート系接着剤で貼り合わせるにあたって、イソシアネート系接着剤に起因する気泡を生じることのない積層体を提供すること。【解決手段】二枚の前記ガスバリア性フィルムのうち、一方を第1のガスバリア性フィルム20、他方を第2のガスバリア性フィルム30としたとき、第1のガスバリア性フィルムがポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを蒸着基材21として、この蒸着基材の上に無機薄膜22を形成したものであり、かつ、蒸着基材が前記イソシアネート系接着剤ad2に接触するように配置する。イソシアネート系接着剤の硬化反応に伴って発生した二酸化炭素ガスがポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムに吸収され、あるいは透過して外部に放出される。【選択図】図1
