Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching coordinate data creation method for a seam welding device, the seam welding device and a jig for performing high-quality seam welding even to a work in which an end of a laminated flange part is not smoothly formed.SOLUTION: Distance Y from a pressure energization scheduled part Pws between roller electrodes 14a, 14b to an end of a laminated flange part 16 is adjusted within tolerance. In addition, coincidence TZ between a direction LZ of a roller electrode 14 at the pressure energization scheduled part Pws and a welding path TL on the laminated flange part 16 is adjusted. Parallelism TY between a tangential direction TD of the circumference of the roller electrode 14 at the pressure energization scheduled part Pws of the roller electrode 14 and the welding path TL on the laminated flange part 16 is adjusted.
