PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of maintaining communications with a user even when the terminal device cannot communicate with another device.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 collects voice of a question sentence uttered by a user. The terminal device 10 transmits the user's voice signal to a server device 20 when it can communicate with the server device 20. The server device 20 generates information corresponding to the voice signal and transmits the information to the terminal device 10, which outputs the transmitted information by voice and in writing.
