Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared sensor capable of detecting a direction of movement of an object in one axial direction with one pyroelectric detector.SOLUTION: The infrared sensor includes: a substrate 1; a sensor chip 2 which has a detection element 3 mounted on a substrate 1 to output signals according to entering infrared ray; and a cover part 4 which has an entrance window 40 for allowing infrared ray emitted from an object to enter into detection element 3 and is connected to the substrate 1 to cover the sensor chip 2, and which forms a visual field of the detection element 3 so that one side and the other side thereof are asymmetric with each other in one axial direction along the substrate 1.
【課題】1つの焦電素子で対象の1軸方向の移動方向を検出可能な赤外線センサを提供する。【解決手段】赤外線センサは、基板1と、入射する赤外線に応じた信号を出力する検出素子3を備え、基板1上に搭載されたセンサチップ2と、対象から放射される赤外線を検出素子3に入射させる入射窓40を有し、センサチップ2を覆うように基板1に接合され、検出素子3の視野を、基板1に沿う1軸方向における一方側と他方側とが非対称となるように形成するカバー部4とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
