Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the prediction of the state of radioactive material with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: There is provided a radioactive material diffusion prediction device predicting a diffusion state of radioactive material emitted into the air from a diffusion source, and including an acquisition unit that acquires information on the dose observed at observation points, and a calculation unit that analyzes the acquired information. The calculation unit separately identifies and extracts at least one of or both the radiation dose rate resulting from cloud shine and the radioactive dose rate resulting from ground shine on the basis of the change over time of the observed dose at the observation points.
