Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer solution and conductive polymer material which can inhibit the occurrence of unreacted material, have the improved expression of conductivity, and also have sufficient water resistance, and a solid electrolytic capacitor and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: This invention provides a conductive polymer solution at least comprising a conductive polymer, at least one of water and water-miscible organic solvent, dopant, polyvalent alcohol, and water-soluble polycarboxylic acid, with at least part of the water-soluble polycarboxylic acid comprising a sulfo group. 【課題】未反応物の発生を抑制し、導電率の発現が向上し、十分な耐水性を持つことが可能な導電性高分子溶液、導電性高分子材料、ならびに固体電解コンデンサ及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】導電性高分子と、水及び水混和性有機溶媒の少なくとも一方と、ドーパントと、多価アルコールと、水溶性多価カルボン酸とを少なくとも含む導電性高分子溶液であって、前記水溶性多価カルボン酸の少なくとも一部は、スルホ基を備えることを特徴とする導電性高分子溶液。【選択図】なし
