Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage material composition and heat storage material in which the bleeding of fatty acid ester is prevented while the sufficient latent heat amount is maintained.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a heat storage material composition having the following constitution. A heat storage material composition comprises fatty acid ester (A) and at least one selected from hydrogenated conjugated diene (co)-polymer or olefin polymer (B) and the (B) component comprises at least one group selected from a group X of the following functional groups. [Group X of functional groups]: carboxyl group, acid anhydride group, epoxy group, (meth)acryloyl group, amino group, alkoxysilyl group, aminosilyl group, hydroxy group, mercapto group, isocyanate group, oxazoline group, ether group, thioether group, carbonyl group, ester group, amide group, sulfonamide group, urethane groups and urea group. 【課題】 十分な潜熱量を維持しつつ脂肪酸エステルのブリードを防止した蓄熱材用組成物および蓄熱材を提供する。【解決手段】 上記課題は、下記構成の蓄熱材用組成物によって解決される。脂肪酸エステル(A)と、水添共役ジエン系(共)重合体またはオレフィン系重合体から選ばれる少なくとも一つ(B)とを含み、前記(B)成分は下記の官能基群Xから選ばれる少なくとも一つの基を有する、蓄熱材用組成物。[官能基群X]:カルボキシ基、酸無水物基、エポキシ基、(メタ)アクリロイル基、アミノ基、アルコキシシリル基、アミノシリル基、ヒドロキシ基、メルカプト基、イソシアネート基、オキサゾリン基、エーテル基、チオエーテル基、カルボニル基、エステル基、アミド基、スルホンアミド基、ウレタン基およびウレア基【選択図】 なし
