Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pipe to be unloaded from a pipe transportation vehicle within one traffic lane occupying a road, by using general-purpose heavy equipment such as a back hoe, without use of a special self-propelled pipe transportation truck.SOLUTION: A pipe unloading device includes a base, an oscillation stand 3 that is mounted on the base in such a manner as to be oscillatable on an oscillation axis line L elongated in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of roller rows 4 that are separately arranged on the oscillation stand in a direction orthogonal to the oscillation axis line. In the roller row, a plurality of rollers 18 are rotatably supported on a support shaft that is curved in such an arc shape as to become convex downward. 【課題】特殊な自走式管運搬台車を用いることなく例えばバックホウ等の汎用重機を用いて、道路占用1車線内で、管運搬車両から管を降ろすことを可能にする。【解決手段】基台2と、基台に水平方向に延びる揺動軸線Lを中心として揺動可能に取り付けられた揺動台3と、揺動台に揺動軸線に直交する方向に離間して配置された複数のローラ列4と、を備える。ローラ列は、下方に凸となるよう円弧状に湾曲する支持軸に複数のローラ18が回転可能に支持された構成である。【選択図】図1
