Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry type medium agitating pulverizer which can handle a variety of process products and achieve excellent pulverization efficiency in each process.SOLUTION: A dry type medium agitating pulverizer 10 includes: an agitator 30 in a lower portion of a container 20, in which a mixed layer 81 of a process product and a pulverization medium 40 is formed; a classification rotor 50 in an upper portion of the container 20; and a transportation part 82 formed between the agitator 30 and the classification rotor 50. A gas for sealing is introduced into the container 20, and a part of the gas is introduced into the mixed layer 81, and another part of the gas is introduced into the transportation part 82.
【課題】幅広い処理物の粉砕に対応することが可能であり、それぞれの処理において優れた粉砕効率を得ることができる乾式メディア撹拌型粉砕機を提供する。【解決手段】乾式メディア撹拌型粉砕機10は、容器20の下部にアジテーター30を備えて処理物と粉砕メディア40との混合層81が形成され、上部に分級ローター50を備え、アジテーター30と分級ローター50との間に搬送部82が形成されている。容器20内には、シール用の気体が導入されるほか、混合層81内に気体の一部が導入され、搬送部82に気体の他の一部が導入される。【選択図】図1 |
