Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole capable of fulling assisting the function of the arch of a foot.SOLUTION: The insole includes a leaf spring member and a cushion part 1 laminated thereon. The leaf spring member is arch-shaped extending in the longitudinal direction and, with the apex of the arch shape faced upward, the bottom of the insole 10 is grounded on the ground surface. In this state, a load is applied to the apex of the leaf spring member in the insole 10 from the direction vertical to the grounding surface. As a result, the traveling distance in which a region superimposed on the apex in the bottom of the insole travels from the no-load state until the contact with the grounding surface is not less than 3.9% and not more than 6% of the length L (mm) in the longitudinal direction of the cushion part 1. The maximum value F(N) of the load when the region superimposed on the apex in the bottom of the insole 10 travels from the no-load state until the contact with the grounding surface satisfies the following conditions: F is equal to or larger than 0.15×9.8×(3000L+20.5) and is equal to or smaller than 0.50×9.8×(3000L+20.5). 【課題】足のアーチ部の機能を充分に補助することが可能なインソールを提供する。【解決手段】板ばね部材と、板ばね部材と積層しているクッション部1とを備える。板ばね部材は長手方向に延びるアーチ形状を有しており、アーチ形状の頂部を上にしてインソール10の底面を接地面に接地させた状態で、インソール10における板ばね部材の頂部に向けて接地面に垂直な方向から荷重を加えることにより、インソール10の底面において頂部と重なる領域が無負荷の状態から接地面に接触するまで移動する移動距離は、クッション部1の長手方向の長さL(mm)の3.9%以上6%以下である。インソール10の底面において頂部と重なる領域が無負荷の状態から接地面に接触するまで移動するときの荷重の最大値F(N)は、0.15?9.8?(3000L3+20.5) F 0.50?9.8?(3000L3+20.5)という条件を満足する。【選択図】図1
