Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat transfer performance while ensuring seawater resistance.SOLUTION: An intermediate medium carbureter 10 comprises: an intermediate medium evaporator E1 including heat transfer tubes 20 in which seawater flows and evaporating at least a part of a liquid intermediate medium M outside of the heat transfer tubes 20 by implementing heat exchange between the seawater in the heat transfer tubes 20 and the intermediate medium M outside of the heat transfer tubes 20; and an LNG evaporator E2 including a heat transfer tube 40 in which LNG flows and gasifying the LNG in the heat transfer tube 40 by condensing the intermediate medium M evaporated in the intermediate medium evaporator E1 outside of the heat transfer tube 40. The heat transfer tubes 20 of the intermediate medium evaporator E1 are made of titanium or titanium alloy, and a groove having a hollow part communicating with the outside through gaps on an outer surface is formed on an outer circumferential surface of each heat transfer tube 20.
