Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair restorer for scalp which can be suitable for continuous daily use, having an excellent restorable effect from mulberry bark extract.SOLUTION: A hair restorer for scalp contains an effluent obtained by extracting an extract from mulberry bark with ethanol, hydrous ethanol, methanol, hydrous methanol, acetone, or hydrous acetone; dissolving the extract concerned in hydrous ethanol with ethanol concentration of 63-67% to allow synthetic adsorption resin which consists of styrene divinylbenzene copolymer having no ion exchange group and which has a porous structure with pores having a most frequent radius of 50-500 to adsorb; and eluting the adsorbing component concerned in ethanol or hydrous ethanol with ethanol concentration of 90% or more. 【課題】 本発明は、桑白皮抽出物に由来する優れた育毛作用を有し且つ日常の継続使用に好適に用いることができる頭皮用育毛剤を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 桑白皮から、エタノール、含水エタノール、メタノール、含水メタノール、アセトン、又は含水アセトンを用いて抽出して抽出物を得、;当該抽出物をエタノール濃度63〜67%の含水エタノールに溶解させた状態にしてイオン交換基を持たないスチレン-ジビニルベンゼン共重合体からなり、最頻度半径が50〜500Åの細孔を有する多孔性構造を有する合成吸着樹脂に吸着させ、;エタノール又はエタノール濃度90%以上の含水エタノールにて当該吸着成分を溶出させて得られた溶出物を含有してなる頭皮用育毛剤、を提供する。【選択図】 図3
