PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress flexure and deformation of a resin cover when the resin cover is attached to a member to be coupled, and secure stable sealing property at a coupling part of the resin cover and the member to be coupled.SOLUTION: In a structure in which a head cover and a cylinder head that is the member to be coupled of the head cover is coupled to each other by a fastening member and a space is formed, a through-hole 51 through which the fastening member penetrates is formed in a flange contact part 42 of a gasket facing respective flange parts of the head cover and the cylinder head. In the flange contact part 42, a thick part 70 is formed so that a thickness dimension along an axial direction of the through-hole 51 has a bulging end side of the flange part that is larger than a space side. 【課題】樹脂製カバーを被結合部材に取付けた際に、樹脂製カバーの撓みや変形が抑えられ、樹脂製カバーと被結合部材との結合部分に安定したシール性を確保できるようにする。【解決手段】ヘッドカバーとこのヘッドカバーの被結合部材であるシリンダヘッドとが締結部材によって結合されて内部に空間が形成される構造において、ヘッドカバー及びシリンダヘッドそれぞれのフランジ部に対向するガスケットにおけるフランジ当接部４２に、締結部材を貫通させる貫通穴５１が形成される。フランジ当接部４２には、貫通穴５１の軸方向に沿う厚み寸法が、前記空間側よりも前記フランジ部の膨出端部側の方が大きくなるように厚肉部７０が形成される。【選択図】図１３
