Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched polyester film including excellent irregularity processability.SOLUTION: There is provided a biaxially stretched polyester film having void therein, in which cushion rate (0-50)(%) calculated by Expression 1 is 5.0% or more when film thickness when a load obtained by conditions below is not added is T0 (μm), and film thickness when a 50 g load is added is T1 (μm). The cushion rate (0-50)(%)=(T0-T1)/T0×100 (Expression 1) Film thickness measurement conditions when a load is added: film is cut out into the size of 5 cm×5 cm as a test piece, a 10 mm standard gauge head (No.101117) of flat type is attached to a dial gauge (manufactured by Mitutoyo Corporation, No.2109-10), and thickness T0 (μm) when load is not added and the thickness T1 (μm) when the 50 g load is added to the test piece are measured.
