Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent container filling system capable of adjusting flatly and finely a filling state upon opening of a container filled with a viscous material in the sealed state, and preventing a sealing failure caused by biting seal.SOLUTION: In a container filling system for a viscous material, the container is sealed with a lid material after performing successively a filling step for filling the container with the viscous material flatly and unbiasedly, a surface treatment step for smoothing the surface of the viscous material smoothly and more flatly, and an inspection step for inspecting adhesion of the viscous material onto the surface of a flange part of the container and existence/absence of a protrusion on the surface of the viscous material near the flange part in the container. |
