Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing device capable of preventing mist from sticking to a print surface of a substrate, with a device for static elimination of a charged substrate not required to be installed anew.SOLUTION: A gravure printing device includes a plate cylinder 13, an impression cylinder 1, a guide roll 5, a conductive belt 9, and a charging means 11. The guide roll 5 is in the downstream where a printing substrate is transported with respect to a printing point for printing with the plate cylinder 13 and the impression cylinder 1. The conductive belt is circulated by the guide roll 5 and the impression cylinder 1. The conductive belt 9 is charged with an electric charge having the same polarity as the ink mist generated in printing by the charging means 11. Further, between the impression cylinder 1 and the guide roll 5, the conductive belt 9 is transported while contacted to the printing substrate 19, thus, the ink mist is prevented from sticking to the printing substrate 9.
